Each year DP deploys our scouts statewide to get teams on the field and see what talent shows up in the early going. These February scrimmages are highly valuable for us to lay eyes on multiple teams and players as most make their lineups and pitching staff’s available to us…essentially, it gives us a huge head-start to what may be on the 2016 radar.
