Diamond Prospects announces our 18th Annual, Lon Joyce Pro Day on Saturday, January 27, 2024 at Columbia’s River Bluff High School for 2024, 2025, & 2026 graduates. This showcase is designed for the player who possesses the tools/abilities to play at the professional level following high school or at some point in their career, which is why Pro Day is a very strict, invite-only event.
TheDiamondProspects.com provides the #1 coverage of high school baseball in the state of South Carolina. We scout more prep baseball than anyone and write articles about the teams and players we see. We also conduct interviews with the top players across the Palmetto State, past and present. Our goal is to ensure that no player in our state gets overlooked!
Diamond Prospects quickly became highly-regarded among college coaches and professional scouts in the Tri-State area, many staff’s and scouts across the Carolina’s have told us that checking the site’s contents have become part of their morning routine!

Most Important Thing: Please stay tuned to DP in the days/hours leading up to the event for any last second announcements. Also, in the case of inclement weather before the event, the DP website and Twitter @diamondprospect will be our only way of communicating with you.

-Player Notes-
Players: You are responsible for bringing baseball pants, HS hat, bat, glove, helmet, spikes, indoor shoes and any other equipment you may need. DP will provide your jersey. The registration tables will be stationed at the River Bluff facility, up the RF line beside the football field and parking lot. Players are allowed to leave once they have completed their portion of the workout.
Hitters: Bring wood bats. Cages will be available to hitters upon arrival and throughout the event in the covered facility. Please put all equipment in the 1B bullpen, not dugout.
Parking: Please use the second school entrance and park beside/enter thru the football stadium.
Parents: Please vacate the area behind home plate during the bullpens to make room for scouts to evaluate.
