4:30-5:00: Player check-in at entrance gate to Winthrop Ballpark.
5:20-5:50: Team White BP (on field)
5:50-6:20: Team Black BP (on field)
6:20-6:30: Team White In/Out
6:30-6:40: Team Black In/Out
6:40-7:00: Field Prep & Introductions
7:05: First Pitch (8 inning game)
Game Info:
–Game jerseys will be distributed at player check-in
-Team Black: home team, 1B dugout
-Team White: visiting team, 3B dugout
-No time limit to game. 8 innings unless we must make an adjustment
-7 hitter max to any half-inning
-Free admission
-Concession stand will not be open
