Player Notes: -Players are responsible for bringing baseball pants, HS hat, bat, glove, helmet, indoor shoes and any other equipment you may need. DP will provide your jersey. -Game Rules: 4 hitters = 1 inning -Parents: Once games begin, please vacate the area behind home plate for coaches and scouts to evaluate. -On Saturday, the registration tables will be stationed just inside the main gate. Players are to put equipment in open area down 3B side and wear turfs/running shoes in cages, then report to LF at assigned time to meet and run 60. -Please be familiar with the schedule and be on time (or early) when your team is scheduled for activity. You are free to leave after your games, batting cages are available before activity begins. -On Saturday, David Beckley will conduct a Recruiting 101 seminar for players and parents. He will touch on topics ranging from selecting a college, financial aid, the NCAA Clearinghouse to the MLB Draft. If you have not pre-registered for this seminar already, you may pay cash when you check-in, the cost is $25 per family. Note: The seminar will be held at the conclusion of Session I. -Concessions will be available each day per Blowfish Stadium, but Chic-fil-A will be on Day 1 for lunch for staff. You are permitted to bring drinks/snacks into the ballpark. -DP apparel will be available on Day 1 only. DP’s Fall Showcase-2020: We are headed to our new hosts at Blowfish Stadium on Saturday & Sunday, November 7-8 for our 15th Annual ‘open’ Fall Showcase. If you consider yourself a college-bound player still looking for a school, we look forward to seeing on on those dates, provided you are among the first 150 players to register. A detailed evaluation will be included as part of your application and Recruiting 101 will make a return to our event for an additional fee of $25. The 2020 season has brought many firsts to the staff at DP and today is no different! With the Palmetto Games moments away from kicking off at Riley Park we are rolling out our first on-site, live feed. The service is being provided to registered users throughout the entire event.
