dp’s 17th Annual Fall Showcase- Lexington High School June 7-8, 2022 –Rosters– Tuesday 8:00 AM Session I Check-in at Lexington HS entrance behind 3B dugout 8:40 Session I Players report to CF for player meeting & stretch 9:00 Session I Workout (60’s, Defensive workout, BP, Bullpens) 11:30 Session II Check-in at Lexington HS entrance behind 3B dugout Noon Recruiting 101 Seminar with David Beckley (Aux Gym behind 1B dugout) 12:40 PM Session II players report to CF for a player meeting & stretch 1:00 Session II Workout (60’s, Defensive workout, BP, Bullpens) 4:00 Game 1: White vs Black (10+ inning game) Day 1 Session 1 – Red, Grey, Orange, Gold Session 2 – Green, Blue, White, Black Wednesday 9:00 AM Game 2: Red vs Grey (10+ inning game) Noon Game 3: Orange vs Gold (10+ inning game) 3:00 PM Game 4: Green vs Blue (10+ inning game) *Once each day begins, all times are approximate, if we are ahead of schedule we will move into the next session/game immediately. Player Notes: -Players are responsible for bringing baseball pants, HS hat, bat, glove, helmet, indoor shoes and any other equipment you may need. DP will provide your jersey. -Game Rules: 4 hitters = 1 inning -Parents: Once games begin, please vacate the area behind home plate for coaches and scouts to evaluate. -On Day 1, the registration tables will be stationed next to football practice stadium and behind 3B dugout. Players are to put equipment along 1B/RF fenceline wear turfs/running shoes, then report to CF at assigned time to meet and run 60 in spikes. (Can hit in cages prior to meeting) -Please be familiar with the schedule and be on time (or early) when your team is scheduled for activity. You are free to leave after your games, batting cages are available before activity begins. Please clean up after yourelf. -On Day 1, David Beckley will conduct a Recruiting 101 seminar for players and parents. He will touch on topics ranging from selecting a college, financial aid, the NCAA Clearinghouse to the MLB Draft. If you have not pre-registered for this seminar already, you may pay cash when you check-in, the cost is $25 per family. Note: The seminar will be held in hospitality room of end zone in football stadium at the conclusion of Session I. -Concessions will be available each day, courtesy of Lexington HS and Maurices BBQ. -DP apparel will be available on Day 1 only.
