Diamond Propects made its way out to see the Midland Valley Mustangs for a scout day and it turned out to be the best weather day of the 2010 prep season. Coach Garrett Holmes is in his second year at the helm and feels good that this team will move forward from last years mark in region play. The team is anchored by Senior Evan Barron and Juniors Cole Cromer (right) and Grant Baxley. The Mustangs have a chance to play the spoiler role in a very tough 3A region this year and these guys are primed for the challenges ahead.
