Physical:

I believe every pitcher should know how to prepare their body for every outing and know how to keep themselves in good physical condition so their body can stand the rigors of an entire season.

Mechanical:

I do not believe there is one way to pitch because everyone’s body and delivery is different, but I do believe that there are certain checkpoints every pitcher must have to get the most efficient delivery.

Mental:

Pitching is 90% mental and every pitcher must be totally confident in their ability to be successful. I will teach your son the mental aspect of the game as well as how to prepare for their opponent.

Pricing: 

1 pitcher:                           $35 for 45 minute session

1 pitcher package deal:     $150 for 5 lessons

2 pitchers:                         $60 for 45 minute session
